Thanks so much for the amazing and heart felt personal emails and direct messages we have received since sending the email that outlined our 2020 COVID-19 Race Transfer Policy. We also VERY much appreciate those that reached out to express their disappointment or frustration with the changes. We appreciate you all and always want to make our customers feel like they can reach out to Jennifer or myself at any time with any issues or concerns. We have built this family business over the last 30+ years by listening to our customers and making changes or updates to the overall benefit of our cherished multisport family…our second family. We were also very touched and moved to read the stories of customers that have also been adversely impacted by this awful Pandemic in their small business or loss of a job due to layoffs.
In reviewing your comments, suggestions, and ideas we realized a one size fits all policy does not work well for our entire customer base. Some shared they no longer felt their schedules would no longer allow enough training to take on the American Triple-T and wanted to transfer to other HFP Racing events throughout the summer that better fit their schedules. Others needed to transfer to 2021 as they were being transferred out of the area for work or even overseas (thank you for your service) due to military commitments and would not be able to race in 2022 or 2023.
Folks…we are listening, and we hear you loud and clear.
With that said here are the options for the REVISED 2020 COVID-19 Race Transfer Policy:
Option #1 – 75% transfer to any HFP owned event* 2021 as originally communicated
Option #2 – 100% race entry transfer to any HFP owned event* in 2022
Option #3 – 100% race entry transfer + $50.00 voucher to any HFP owned event* in 2023 (you invest in HFP, we’ll return the favor)
*American Triple-T, Toughman Ohio, FIT Family Series and the Deer Creek Fall Challenge
Just simply send an email to Jennifer at email@example.com with your choice of either Option #1, #2 or #3, and she’ll update your Triregistration account accordingly and when you go to register for future HFP owned events your account will reflect that during the checkout process.
One thing is certain during this Pandemic; we are all in this together and we want more than anything during this trying time in history to address our customers’ concerns and 100% want to do whatever it takes to see you on the start line in 2021. There is enough conflict in the world right now…we want HFP events to be your “happy place” and a reprieve from the outside distractions of the real world.
As our beloved race announcer Rich Fowler loves to say before every HFP event, “LET’S RACE!”
